As COVID-19 hit, operations faced a 60% reduction in leadership practically overnight. Within 24 hours, I designed and built the 'Account Actions' engine. It stabilized national standards, capturing 2,000 vital submissions in its first 14 days and keeping the frontline moving during a global crisis.

As the world returned to the office, I led a new project: Remote@CSG. I stayed remote to architect the fully agile hybrid working model for 60 agents across three teams. As a Customer Priority Specialist, I launched the CSG Call Listening project.
